many things have happened since that last change in my wallie. you might say that i'm getting more adamant, especially since that wallpaper has a dark theme behind it and btw, those animals are wolves. what recently happened worth counting? hmm, perhaps the greatest recent thing would be the fact that i greeted my angel. things are slowly beginning to go back in place.. like in the old days. so far so good. yeah. i'm guilty for having such a low level of happiness. but the point is, i still have a notion of what it feels like to be happy.

... and it just got better. the fancy emerge log you can see on the lower portion on the screenshot is made possible through a nifty program called root-tail. it is basically a program that prints to the root background. any text file will do, but the preferred files are logs. they are helpful.
